IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE NORTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA ATLANTA DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Plaintiff, v. MAURICE FAYNE (1) Defendant. CRIMINAL ACTION FILE NO. 1:20-CR-228-MHC-JKL-1 ORDER Counsel for Defendant Maurice Fayne has informed the court that defendant Maurice Fayne wishes to enter a guilty plea, and withdraws all pending pretrial motions. Therefore, Defendant Fayne’s motion to dismiss pursuant to all rights reserved [Doc. 33], amended motion to dismiss pursuant to all rights reserved [Doc. 35], and motion to suppress criminal affidavit and all evidence [Doc. 54] are considered WITHDRAWN. There are no pending matters before me, and I am aware of no problems relating to the scheduling of this case for a change-of-plea hearing or trial.
