DEFENDANT’S NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF MOTION FOR 
RECONSIDERATION OF ORDER OF DETENTION PENDING TRIAL   
 
 
Mr. Fayne was initially charged via complaint on May 12, 2020.  Doc. 1.  
He was granted release pending trial.  Doc. 7.  He was indicted on June 24, 2020.  
Doc. 17. 
Mr. Fayne’s bond was revoked on December 22, 2020. Doc. 125.  Mr. Fayne 
filed a pro se motion for reconsideration on January 4, 2021. Doc. 129.  A hearing 
was held on the motion on February 4, 2021.  The Court took the matter under 
advisement and continued the hearing.  Doc. 156.  The continued hearing is set for 
Friday, March 19, 2021 at 2:00 pm.  Doc. 176.  
Mr. Fayne now withdraws his motion for reconsideration and moves this 
Court to cancel the hearing set for Friday, March 19th at 2:00 pm.
