NOTICE OF HEARING 
 
TAKE NOTICE that a Status Conference with counsel is scheduled for Wednesday, 
December 21, 2022, at 1:30 P.M. The Court will hear a report from the United States Marshal as 
to the status of the Defendants. Provisional counsel for the Defendants are DIRECTED to meet with 
their clients and to provide the Court with information as to how the Defendants wish to proceed.  
This hearing will be held before the Honorable David A. Baker in Courtroom No. 3C, Third 
Floor, U.S. Courthouse, 401 W. Central Boulevard, Orlando, Florida.
