ORDER OF TEMPORARY DETENTION  
 
This Defendant was scheduled for his initial appearance on the Indictment. However, due to an 
apparent medical issue, the Defendant was not able to participate or consult with counsel. Accordingly, the 
Defendant is committed to the custody of the United States Marshal for provision of medical care. The 
initial appearance and other preliminary matters will resume when the Defendant is medically able to 
participate. 
IT IS ORDERED:  The defendant must be detained temporarily until he is physically able to 
appear in court.
