INITIAL APPEARANCE
Case called, appearances made, procedural setting by the Court. 
Evan Edwards (1) is not present for reported medical reasons. 
Attorney Erin Hyde addressed the Court regarding appointment of FPD to represent Evan Edwards (1). 
The Court provisionally appoints FPD- Order on motion to be entered. 
Initial appearance as to Evan Edwards (1) is continued by the Court. 
Court inquires of the defendant Joshua Edwards (2). 
Attorney Charles Taylor addressed the Court regarding representation of defendant. 
Based on defendant’s lack of response to the Court’s inquiries, the Court provisionally appoints CJA Charles 
Taylor- Order on motion to be entered. 
Both defendants are provisionally committed to the custody of the USM for transport to medical facility or local 
jail, as indicated. Formal order to be entered. 
Ore tenus motion to appoint Dr. Danziger to evaluate defendants-Granted- Order to be entered. 
Continuation of initial appearances to await reports of the Defendants’ medical and mental health conditions
