MOTION TO RESCHEDULE
Counsel for Defendant Emmet Bowens hereby requests to reschedule the
hearing currently scheduled for Thursday, April 27, 2024 on the pending motion
withdraw, and as support states as follows:
1.
Counsel filed an Amended Motion to Withdraw  on March 15, 2025.
2.
On March 13, 2025, Attorney Shrader also filed a motion to withdraw.
3.
On March 24, 2025, the Court scheduled a hearing on the pending
motions for March 27, 2025.
4.
Counsel is not available during the scheduled hearing time.  Counsel is
available March 31, 2025 and April 1, 2025, if the Court’s schedule
permits.
WHEREFORE, Counsel requests this Honorable Court grant the above
captioned motion, and reschedule the hearing, and any other relief the Court deems

necessary and proper.
