ATTORNEY DIEGO PESTANA’S MOTION TO WITHDRAW 
 
The undersigned counsel Diego M. Pestana, consistent with Local Rule 2.02(c), 
respectfully moves to withdraw as counsel of record for David Antonetti in this matter. 
The undersigned counsel is starting a position at the Office of Deputy Attorney 
General at the Department of Justice on April 1. Thus, the undersigned will no longer 
be able to represent Mr. Antonetti. The undersigned certifies that Mr. Antonetti 
consents to the undersigned’s withdrawal. Further, the undersigned has reviewed the 
Judgement (Doc. 62) and Statement of Reasons (Doc. 63) for any arithmetical, 
technical, clerical, or other clear error under Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure 
35(a) and 36, and the undersigned has not identified any errors. Therefore, the 
undersigned respectfully asks that the Court enter an order granting this motion to 
withdraw as counsel of record in this matter.
