ORDER  
 
This matter comes before the Court on the Government’s Unopposed 
Motion to Continue Defendant’s Sentencing [Doc. 422].  Defendant’s sentencing is 
currently scheduled for April 19, 2022, at 3:30 PM.  See January 19, 2022 Docket 
Entry.  In the Motion to Continue, the Assistant United States Attorney indicated 
that she has a trial scheduled to begin on April 18, 2022.  [Doc. 422, p. 1].  Further, 
Defendant’s counsel has a trial tentatively scheduled for the week of April 25, 
2022.  Id.  The parties agree that it is in their best interests and the interest of the 
Court to continue Defendant’s sentencing to May 2, 2022, or later.   
For good cause shown, the Court GRANTS the Unopposed Motion to 
Continue Defendant’s Sentencing [Doc. 422].  The new sentencing date will be 
scheduled by future order.  The time between April 19, 2022, and the new 
sentencing date is excluded pursuant to the Speedy Trial Act.
