Pending before the Court is the government’s motion to file 
a redacted copy of its sentencing memorandum on the public docket, 
with an unredacted copy to be filed under seal.  
 
For good cause shown, the government’s motion (Document 
378) is GRANTED. 
It is FURTHER ORDERED that the government’s motion and 
exhibits filed therewith be SEALED pending further order of the 
Court.
