ORDER
This matter comes before the Court on Defendant’s Consent Motion to Continue
Sentencing Hearing (Dkt. 42). Defendant requests that the Court continue his sentencing from
December 12, 2024, to February or March 2025. Dkt. 42. The Government does not object to
Defendant’s motion.
Id. Based on review of Defendant’s motion and for good cause shown it is
hereby
ORDERED that Defendant’s Motion to Continue Sentencing Hearing (Dkt. 42) is
GRANTED in part and DENIED in part; it is further
ORDERED that Defendant’s Sentencing Hearing is reset for January 16, 2025, at 9:00
am; it is further
ORDERED that if the parties are unavailable on January 16, 2025, the Court will hold
the Sentencing Hearing on December 12, 2024.
