ORDER
This matter is before the Court on Defendant Craig Davis’s Second Motion to Continue
Sentencing Hearing (Dkt. 47). Based on Defendant’s Motion and for good cause shown it is
hereby
ORDERED that the sentencing hearing in this matter currently scheduled for January 16,
2025, is CONTINUED to a date that is to be determined; it is further
ORDERED that the parties meet and confer to determine a mutually agreeable Thursday
in February or March, other than February 13, 2025, on which to hold the sentencing hearing; it
is further
ORDERED that the parties subsequently file a notice informing the Court of the
mutually agreed upon Thursday.
