Copenhaver, Jr., This letter is to serve as my testimony to the character of Christopher S. Grant. Chris is an invaluable part of my management team here at the dealership. He operates with a level of trustworthiness and professionalism that makes him a go to for me in times of need. I can trust that Chris will handle any given situation with honor and integrity, and take care of my customers in a way that will help promote long term growth for my business. I have watched his leadership abilities inspire my sales team to consistently achieve and surpass their goals. He constantly pushes our team to grow and learn in this business, all while maintaining a level of integrity and a moral standard that is admirable. Additionally, Mr. Grant takes great pride in his work and always goes above and beyond what is asked of him. I am aware of the legal issues that Chris is currently facing, and am hopeful that he is able to still work here. I want to assure the court that Mr. Grant has a place of employment here with me here at the dealership, and I would like to respectfully ask the court to consider an alternative sentence, such as probation. The qualities and skills that Chris brings to the table make him a valuable employee that I hope to retain for years to come.
