UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF WEST VIRGINIA AT CHARLESTON UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. CRIMINAL ACTION NO. 2:24-00113 CHRISTOPHER GRANT O R D E R Inasmuch as Andrew J. Tessman, Assistant United States Attorney, has informed the court’s clerk of his unavailability on the date of the scheduled sentencing hearing due to an out of state prosecution, it is ORDERED that the sentencing of the defendant in the above styled criminal action be, and it hereby is, rescheduled from November 14, 2024, to 1:30 p.m. on November 25, 2024. The Clerk is directed to forward copies of this order to the defendant, all counsel of record, the United States Probation Department, and the United States Marshal.
