Dear Judge Kaplan: 
 
At the suggestion of the Court, and for the benefit of the Court’s Finance Department, the 
Government respectfully submits this letter to summarize – in one location – all four defendants’ 
restitution obligations.  The Government is not seeking any relief in this letter; rather, we are 
merely summarizing that which has already been ordered in connection with each defendant’s 
sentence.   
 
As the Court is aware, each defendant’s restitution obligation is set forth, in detail, in her 
respective Order of Restitution and/or Judgment.  (See, e.g., Dkts. 106, 107, 110; 120).  As noted 
therein, each defendant’s restitution obligation is joint and several in part or in full.  For the 
convenience of the Court’s Finance Department, the Government hereby summarizes the bottom-
line amount due per defendant, the extent to which it is joint-and-several, and with whom it is 
joint-and-several:
