ORDER
This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s pro se Motion to Proceed Pro Se with Elbow
Counsel and to Withdraw Plea Agreement. [Doc. 41]. Defendant’s sentencing is presently set for
April 10, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. The parties are ORDERED to appear before the Court at a hearing
on this same date and time pertaining to the Motion. Defendant’s sentencing is CONTINUED to
accommodate this hearing and will be reset pending the resolution of Defendant’s Motion.
