COMES NOW, undersigned counsel for Defendant CARLOS VAZQUEZ and 
files this, his Motion to Withdraw and For Appointment of Appellate Counsel and would 
furthermore state as follow: 
1. The undersigned respectfully asks that this Court relieve the undersigned 
from any further obligations with respect to the Defendant herein. 
2. The undersigned’s fee arrangements with the Defendant did not include 
representation for Appeal.  The Defendant is likely indigent and would qualify for the 
appointment of counsel.   
WHEREFORE, the undersigned would respectfully request that this Honorable
