         THIS CAUSE comes before the Court upon the Defendant's Amended Motion to

  Withdraw Guilty Plea (D.E. 64). After reviewing Defendant's motion, hearing argument from

  the Government, and reviewing the change of plea transcript, it is

         ORDERED AND ADJUDGED Defendant's Amended Motion to Withdraw Guilty Plea

  (D.E. 64) is DENIED for the reasons stated in open court at the sentencing hearing held on

  November 16, 2021.
