Pursuant to Civil Local Rules 6-1(b), 6-2 and 7-12, the parties hereby stipulate as follows: 
Whereas, on July 31, 2023, the Court sua sponte scheduled a status conference for August 
8, 2023 at 2:30 pm PT via videoconference, ECF No. 214; 
Whereas, counsel for Plaintiffs and the Class, Andre Mura, is overseas on August 8, 2023, 
and returning to the United States on August 13, 2023; counsel for Defendant, Susan Fahringer, 
is out of the office from August 23 to August 30; and the Court’s calendar indicates it is 
unavailable from August 12 to August 27; 
Whereas, the parties are amenable to continuing the August 8 status conference to 
August 31 or another date thereafter that is convenient to the Court;  
Whereas, a continuance of the August 8 status conference will not modify or affect any 
other deadlines in the operative case schedule; 
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, subject to the Court’s approval, that the 
status conference currently scheduled for August 8, 2023 will be continued to August 31, 2023 
or another date convenient to the Court.
