The Court SETS a Zoom Discovery Conference on February 26, 2025, at 9:30 a.m. 
to address the withholding of certain documents by Defendant Bank of America, N.A. 
(“Defendant”).  No later than February 18, 2025, at 5:00 p.m., the Parties are ORDERED 
to lodge informal, one-page letter briefs outlining their respective positions.  The 
informal letter briefs are to be exchanged between counsel and submitted to Judge Berg 
via e-mail to efile_berg@casd.uscourts.gov.  Also by February 18, 2025, the Court 
ORDERS Defendant to lodge with the Court the disputed documents over which they 
assert a claim of privilege for in camera review, along with a second set of these 
documents to include any proposed redactions.  Defendant must (1) lodge the 
documents via e-mail to efile_berg@casd.uscourts.gov; and (2) lodge physical, courtesy 
copies of the documents with the Clerk’s Office, Attention: Chambers of Magistrate
