dated November 15, 2024 (ECF 365), Defendant Bank of America, N.A. (“BANA”)

Comptroller of the Currency (the “OCC”) and the Consumer Financial Protection 
Bureau (the “CFPB”) notified BANA that the OCC “consents to” and the CFPB 
“does not object to” the public filing of the definition of Excluded Cardholder in 
Plaintiffs’ Class Definition.
