Sentencing and continued revocation hearing held on January 
16, 2025. The Court heard objections from the parties and 
resolved them. The Court otherwise ADOPTED the Finding of 
Facts and Conclusions of Law in the PSR and announced the 
guideline calculations. No objection to the guideline 
calculations as announced. The Court heard argument from the 
parties on their recommendation for a reasonable sentence. 
Defendant allocuted. Defendant sentenced to 41 months in total 
(33 months as to Counts One and Two in Case No. 1:24-cr-304-
SDG), 3 years of supervised release, a special assessment of 
$200.00, restitution, and no fine. Further details can be found in 
the Judgment and Commitment Order and the Revocation 
Order. No objection to the sentence raised by the Government. 
The Court advised defendant of his appeal rights. Defendant 
allowed to remain on bond and voluntarily surrender. Judgment
