I am counsel for the Defendant in the above-referenced matter. The Court set the 
sentencing hearing for January 16, 2025. 
There are several family and community members who wanted to communicate with 
the Court concerning the Defendant's character. However, I asked these people to reduce 
their thoughts to a letter. These letters are attached. 
For easier reference, I have divided the letters into four groups. First you will see 
letters from individuals who know Mr. Jordan from their church. Second, the Court will find 
letters from people who know the Defendant in their community at large. The third group 
consists of letters from extended family, while the final letters are from my client's mother 
and fiance. 
I have of course provided a copy of this letter and the attachments to counsel for the 
Government. Please let me know if the Court has any questions about these letters prior to 
the sentencing hearing.

Dear Honorable Judge Steven D. Grimberg, 
Good evening, my name is Dr Margot Garrick and I wanted to offer myself as a character witness for 
Mr Jordan. Mr Jordan and I attended the same church a few years back. I was introduced-to Mr 
Jordan by my aunt and I had observed him in service with his son. I witnessed Mr Jordan being very 
attentive and caring to his son and his mother. Mr Jordan volunteered his time to assist in the church 
community with transportation. I have only witnessed a kind and caring man who I believe has the 
potential to become a brilliant businessman with mentorship. He has the drive and ability to become a

My name is Willie B. Brown, and I am writing to speak on behalf of my dear friend, Boeroepae Jordan. I 
have known Boeroepae for several years, and I can say without hesitation that he is a man of great 
character and integrity. I am a retired U.S. Army veteran, havirig served for 20 years, including three 
tours in Iraq, Kuwait, and Afghanistan. Throughout my military career and in civilian life, I have met 
many people, but few have had the positive impact on my life that Boeroepae has. 
Boeroepae has always been there for me in times of need, offering his help and support whenever 
necessary. Whether it's advice, a helping hand, or just being a source of encouragement, he has 
consistently proven to be reliable and compassionate. His selflessness and dedication to others are 
traits that I deeply admire. 
In addition to being a good friend, Boeroepae is a hard-working indi·1idual who strives to make a 
positive impact on his community. His kindness extends beyond just personal relationships; he is 
always looking for ways to uplift those around him. He has been a tremendous help to me in 
navigating challenges I've faced, and I know he has done the same for many others. 
I believe that Boeroepae Jordan is a man of strong moral character, and I respectfully ask you to take

Dear Sir or Madam: 
I am writing this letter on behalf of Mr. Boeroepae K. Jordan 
whom I have known and interacted with on a personal level 
since his birth. First, I want to tell you just a bit regarding my 
background and experiences because I think it will shed some 
meaningful support for my comments. I am a retired flight 
attendant working for Delta Airlines for 45 years. Prior to that, I 
was a high school teacher. As a result, I have come in contact 
and interacted with many people who demonstrated various 
demeanors and personal characteristics, and I can say without 
hesitation that Boeroepae is compassionate, caring, trustworthy, 
and demonstrates a willingness to help those in need. 
During my tenure as a flight attendant, there were many 
occasions where I was out of the country and unable to meet the 
needs of my 93 year old mother because of work commitments. 
During those times, Boeroepae was a reliable and dependable 
help for me, and he assumed responsibility for taking charge of 
my mother and his aunt in an exemplary manner. He would take 
her to doctors' appointments, shopping for groceries, and 
running errands. Additionally when needed, he also assumed 
the role of taking her to church and other activities. Anyone that 
has spent time as a caregiver for an elderly person knows that 
this is not an easy task, but he the role with kindness and 
patience, and she actually enjoyed the attention he gave her 
during the outings. 
It is my sincere hope that the court takes this letter into 
consideration. While understanding the serious nature of the 
charge, I am compelled to state that this is a young man who 
exemplifies outstanding characteristics and service to his family, 
friends and in his community. I am convinced that Boeroepae 
would make different choices if he could do it over again. I am 
also convinced he has learned much from this experience and it 
will serve as an opportunity for personal growth and 
development in the future.

My name is Melissa Medina, and I am the 81-year-old aunt of Boeroepae Jordan. I am writing to 
express my unwavering support for Boeroepae as he awaits sentencing. While I acknowledge the 
seriousness of this process, I believe it is equally important to shed light on the positive qualities and 
meaningful contributions he has made to my life and our community. 
Boeroepae has been an essential source of support for me, particularly given my age and the physical 
chal lenges that come with it. He consistently goes above and beyond in ensuring my well-being, 
assisting me with household chores, running errands, and driving me to various appointments and 
engagements. This is not a role that was ever asked of him, but one he embraced wholeheartedly out 
of love and respect for me. 
His help has been particularly indispensable in my philanthropic efforts and community involvement. 
As an active member of the Democratic Party of Douglas County, Georgia, I participate in many events 
and initiatives that require planning, coordination, and execution. Boeroepae has been my steadfast 
partner in these endeavors, always stepping up to assist in whatever capacity is needed-whether it's 
setting up for an event, helping me network with community members, or simply being a reassuring 
presence by my side. His dedication to these causes has allowed me to continue making a positive 
impact in our community. 
Boeroepae's character is defined by his selflessness and commitment to those around him. He has 
displayed a level of responsibility and care that is rare, and I truly believe he has the potential to 
continue contributing meaningfully to his family and community if given the opportunity.

My name is Lakesha Jones and I'm the cousin of Boeroepae Jordan. This letter is to 
inform the court that my cousin has been a great asset to my mother and I. We moved 
from California to Georgia in 2019 due to my father passing away my mother was born 
and raised in Georgia. In 2023 my mother Lynetta Jones was diagnosed with Cancer 
Muiltple Myoloma she went from being active to being in a wheelchair my cousin 
Boeroepae was there to help me evey step of the way he carried my mom when needed 
took us to all appointments so he could assist me I don't know what I would have done 
without him. He is a strong figure in my life I left everything behind in California and 
when I moved to Georgia he was right here to show me the way I consider him a brother 
more than a cousin he is great person. I had to finally return to work and now I depend 
on him for my mother's appointments due to the fact that I can't take off as much as I 
would like so he takes her in my place and gives me a full report I have a brother but he 
lives in Texas with his wife so I'm the only child in Georgia with my mother I hope you 
can understand what taking him away would do to our family please take all of these 
things into consideration.

Your Honor, 
I am writing to provide a character reference for Boeroepae 
Jordan, who is currently on probation. I have known Boeroepae 
for 51 years as my only child, and as his mother, I can attest to 
his character, growth, and commitment. 
Growing up, Boeroepae was a well-disciplined child, raised by 
myself and his grandmother. As a single mother, I instilled 
modesty in him, and he has always maintained a humble 
demeanor both at home and in school. He attended St. Paul of 
the Cross Catholic School and later The Howard School, a 
private institution, where he graduated as valedictorian. 
Following that, he pursued a degree in Pre-Law at Georgia 
Southern University before transitioning to American 
Intercontinental University to study Fashion Design and 
Marketing. Throughout his journey, Boeroepae has consistently 
demonstrated intelligence and an easy-going nature among his 
peers. 
During Boeroepae's time of incarceration, I took on the responsibility of caring for my mother while she 
was in home hospice. This experience had a profound impact on our lives, especially with him being 
away. While he was incarcerated, his children (one daughter and two sons) was profoundly affected, and 
it significantly shaped their experiences during that period. 
Since Boeroepae's release and the start of his probation, I've observed significant improvements in his 
behavior and attitude. He takes his responsibilities seriously and has made genuine efforts to comply with 
probation conditions. For example, he attended mandatory counseling sessions and actively volunteers in 
the community, providing transportation for seniors to the polls and daily activities, as well as 
participating in church events. 
I have always known Boeroepae to be a person of integrity, even 
in challenging circumstances. While he has made mistakes in the 
past, he has shown genuine remorse and a strong desire to 
become a positive and productive member of society. He is 
deeply committed to making better choices, which he 
demonstrates through being an excellent father to his children, a 
supportive son to me and our family, and a mentor to young 
males in the community. 
As his mother, I am confident that Boeroepae is on the right path 
and will continue to grow while contributing positively to the 
community. I believe he deserves the opportunity to move 
forward in life and will use this experience as a stepping stone 
toward a brighter future.

Dear Honorable Judge, 
I am writing to you on behalf of my fiance Boeroepae Jordan, I respectfully request your leniency in his sentencing, 
considering the significant positive changes he has made in his life and his unwavering dedication to his family. Boeroepae 
is a devoted father, son, and fiance. He is a hands-on, full-time father to his four biological children and five stepchildren. 
His commitment to their well-being and development is evident in his daily actions. He ensures that they all receive the 
love, attention, and support they need to thrive. One of the most touching examples of his dedication is how he spends 
every weekend with his children, coaching and teaching them various crafts and sports. He not only teaches them lifelong 
skills, but also instills values of teamwork, perseverance, and respect. His children look up to him as a role model, and his 
positive influence is clear in their behavior and attitudes. 
All of the children often express how much they love and admire him as a father. Boeroepae always makes time for them, 
no matter how busy he is. My children also share similar sentiments. He treats them like his own kids. He never makes 
them feel different, and he's always there when they need him. My youngest child has shared her hopes for her future, 
expressing her desire to have her stepfather present for all the important moments in her life. Her dream of him being there 
for her graduation, continuance of guidance through her teenage years, and walking her down the aisle on her wedding day. 
They all hope to continue learning from his wisdom and benefiting from his unwavering support. However, they also 
express deep fears about his potential absence. The thought of him not being there fills them with anxiety and sadness. 
They worry about who will help them with their homework, who will cheer them on at their games or accomplishments, and 
who will provide the emotional support they rely on daily. His absence would leave a significant void in their lives, affecting 
their sense of security and stability. Over the past 3 years of me and my children being a part of Boeroepae's life, he has 
made substantial efforts to turn his life around. He has engaged in positive activities, counseling, educational programs, 
demonstrating his genuine remorse and determination to contribute positively to society. His actions reflect a sincere 
commitment to personal growth and responsibility. 
Boeroepae is also a pillar of support for his elderly mother and aunt, providing them with the care and assistance they 
require. His role as a son, nephew, and caregiver further underscores his dedication to his family and his willingness to put 
others' needs before his own. As someone who initially approached this situation unbiasedly, I decided to remain 
supportive of Boeroepae after witnessing the tremendous love and support he shows to his family and community. His 
positive impact extends beyond his immediate family; he is actively involved in his local church volunteering his time and 
skills to help those in need. His genuine care for others and his efforts to make a difference are truly inspiring. 
I understand the seriousness of the charges against Boeroepae, and I do not seek to minimize the impact of his actions. 
However, your words specifically stood out to me in that courtroom the day he stood before you. You stated, "you wanted 
to know who Boeroepae was aside from the reason he was in your courtroom", and I can truly tell you he's so much more. 
Coming from past relationships that involved both physical and emotional abuse towards me and my children, I have never 
experienced such a nurturing and supportive atmosphere until he entered our lives. His stepchildren, who also endured 
similar hardships, have flourished under his care. He has given us a sense of security and love that we had never known 
before. I believe that a lenient sentence would allow him to continue his positive contributions to his family and 
community. A harsh sentence, on the other hand, would not only punish him but also adversely affect the lives of his 
children and loved ones who depend on him.
