IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA SAVANNAH DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. CASE NO.: 4:22-cr-84 BERNARD OKOJIE, Defendant. O R D E R This matter is before the Court on the Government’s Motion for Leave to File Late Response to Defendant’s Objections to Government’s Rule 404(B) Notice. Doc. 58. The Motion states Defendant does not oppose the late filing. After careful consideration and for good cause shown, the Court GRANTS the Government’s Motion. Doc. 58.
