IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA SAVANNAH DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, v. CASE NO.: 4:22-cr-84 BERNARD OKOJIE O R D E R This matter is before the Court on the Government’s Notice of Supplemental Evidence. Doc. 67. The Court held an evidentiary hearing on Defendant’s 404(b) Objections—construed as Defendant’s Motion in Limine to Exclude 404(b) Evidence—on February 28, 2023. Doc. 66. After that hearing, the Government identified and submitted supplemental evidence pertinent to the matter. Doc. 67. If Defendant intends to file a response concerning the supplemental evidence, Defendant is ORDERED file the response on or before March 10, 2023.
