IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA SAVANNAH DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. CASE NO.: 4:22-cr-84 BERNARD OKOJIE, Defendant. O R D E R At the hearing in this matter on November 2, 2022, defense counsel explained the Government had provided a Rule 404(b) notice and that Defendant intended to raise objections to some or all of the evidence described in that notice. Defense counsel expressed some uncertainty regarding the deadline for submitting objections. To resolve any ambiguity and to ensure prompt resolution of this matter, Defendant is ORDERED to file any objections to the Government Rule 404(b) notice on or before January 13, 2023. The Government shall file its response to any objections within 14 days from when the objections are filed. SO ORDERED, this 22nd day of December, 2022. BENJAMIN W.
