IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA SAVANNAH DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. CASE NO.: 4:22-cr-84 BERNARD OKOJIE, Defendant. O R D E R This matter is before the Court on Government’s Motion to Withdraw. Doc. 17. After careful consideration and for good cause shown, the Government’s Motion is GRANTED. Assistant United States Patrick J. Schwedler is terminated from the case. Further, the United States is represented by other Assistant United States Attorneys who are prosecuting this case, familiar with its facts, and have made their appearance.
