UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF GEORGIA SAVANNAH DIVISION UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. BERNARD OKOJIE ) ) ) ) ) INDICTMENT NO. 4:22-CR-084 MOTION TO UNSEAL INDICTMENT Now comes the United States of America, by and through David H. Estes, United States Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia, and moves the Court to unseal the Indictment in the above-referenced case. In support of this motion, the Government shows the following: In June 2022, a federal grand jury sitting in the Southern District of Georgia returned an indictment against Defendant Bernard Okojie. After the return of the Indictment, the Court signed an Order sealing the Indictment until further Order of the Court. The Government hereby represents that, based on recent developments, keeping this case under seal will not further advance any law enforcement purpose.
