arbitration award and entering judgment in conformity therewith came before the Court on the 
Notice of Petition and Petition to Vacate Final Arbitration Award filed by Benworth Capital 
Partners LLC on August 7, 2024.  Having considered the Notice of Petition and Petition to Vacate 
Final Arbitration Award and the documents filed with the Court in connection therewith, the 
Court enters Judgment as follows:
