AMEND CONDITIONS OF RELEASE 
 
 
Now comes Ms. Spike with the assent of the government and moves this Honorable 
Court to  temporarily amend her conditions of release to allow her to travel from Florida to New 
Jersey on April 18, 2026 for a family birthday party and return on April 19, 2026.  
Ms. Spike was arrested in this case in her home state of Florida on February 9, 2026. She 
was released on conditions that same day. D.E. 17 at 16, 19-10. One condition of her release is 
that she not travel outside the Southern District of Florida without prior court approval. D.E. 17 
at 19, #2.  
Ms. Spike seeks to attend a family birthday party in New Jersey on April 18th. She 
proposes to fly to New Jersey on April 18th and fly back to the Southern District of Florida on 
April 19th. She has already provided her supervising probation officer with the addresses of the 
party and where she will be staying with family. 
For all the above reasons, Ms. Spike requests that the motion be ALLOWED.
