INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL REQUEST 
 
The individual under supervision is requesting to travel to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, for a 
family member’s wedding, March 17, 2026, to March 25, 2026. He will be traveling with his significant 
other, M.C.  
 
U.S. Probation Officer Action: 
 
Our office recommends travel request be approved. Encarnacion reports as instructed, submits monthly 
supervision reports, and urinalysis submitted yielded negative results. Arlen G Encarnacion has maintained 
stable residence and is employed with Intelligent Workforce Solutions in Perth Amboy, New Jersey. The 
$200 special assessment has been paid in full. Mr. Encarnacion makes $200 monthly payments towards his 
$2,176,017.83 restitution among other lump sum payments.  The current balance is $1.203,349.76. As such, 
he is in compliance with the conditions of supervised release.
