UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF NEW JERSEY UNITED STATES OF AMERICA : : v. : MJ NO. 21-13425 (LDW) : ARLEN ENCARNACION : Consent Order Defendant. : This matter having come before the Court on the application of the defendant, Arlen Encarnacion, by his attorney, Lorraine Gauli-Rufo, as recommended by Pretrial Service Officer (“PTSO”) Brian Nauer, we are respectfully requesting a modification to Mr. Encarnacion’s conditions of bail to add two conditions: 1) Substance abuse testing and/or treatment as directed by Pretrial Services and 2) Refrain from the excessive use of alcohol. Mark Orlowski, United States Attorney, on behalf of the Government, having no objection to this request, it is therefore ordered that Mr. Encarnacion’s bail shall be modified to add the two conditions set forth- above. All other bail conditions remain in full force and effect.
