UNITED STATES’ NOTICE ON FORFEITURE  
 
The United States of America, by and through the undersigned Assistant United States 
Attorney, hereby provides this notice on forfeiture. 
At the October 27, 2023 sentencing, the Court directed the Government to file a final order 
of forfeiture within three days. See ECF No. 26. On October 25, 2023, the Court entered a 
preliminary order of forfeiture against the Defendant, imposing a forfeiture money judgment in 
the amount of $432,051 [ECF No. 25]. Under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 32.2(b)(4)(A), 
that preliminary order of forfeiture became final as to the Defendant at sentencing.
