To whom this may concern,
My name is Dyrushio Harris twin brother to Arashio Harris, from the
start, my brother, and I were raised to be hard-working, God-fearing,
community loving, law abiding people of character. My brother has
always been my protector, and a way maker for many. My brother is
a man who has relentlessly given of himself to others, for the
betterment of all around him, everything from his occupation, to his
church involvement, to his nonprofit endeavors have been to benefit
others, that people may see the love of God within him and see the
benefit of being an American citizen where all things are possible.
My brother has dedicated his life to inspiring and uplifting the
downtrodden. My brother has always endeavored to impart skills
and understanding that would uplift the overlooked, from talking to
wayward youth, to Thanksgiving turkey giveaways, Christmas toy
drives, back to school giveaways and lastly helping to change the
perspective of many through his motivational speaking
engagements all over the great State of Florida. In closing My
brother Arashio Harris is Not a criminal, he is a hard working,
dedicated man who loves his God, his family, and his country, he
has endured the various hardships and struggles in his life and still
managed to encourage others to see the bright side of dark times,
and abandon the ways of street life for legitimate living, helping
many to get their diplomas and find honorable jobs. Your honor I
pray that you will find it in your heart to allow my brother Arashio
Harris to continue on in making the tremendous difference that he is
making in the lives of others in our community and beyond, because
without him, Mimi would never see the love of God, and anyone
else, because without him, many would never receive the
encouragement and motivation to push for more rather than settle
for less, because without him our community and others would lose a
pillar of strength and a beacon of hope to help guide the youth.

has always been a mentor, leader, and great provider for his family and
church family. I have had the opportunity to know Mr. Harris for over 25
years.
From then until now, Mr. Harris has always been an ethical and fair
supervisor of mine. If there is ever a person who deserves to be treated
with kindness, fairness, and mercy, it is Mr. Harris. I respectfully ask that

This is a character reference for Arashio Harris, my friend for 16 years. Arashio is a thoughtful,
generous, giving man who would not hesitate to assist in a time of need. He would a stranger
his last dime. He is a valuable companion when in a difficult time. I regularly seek his advice and
counsel when trying to overcome some difficult challenge. He has been the older brother I wish
I had. All who come into contact with him comment on his generosity and his manners. Polite
and polished, and always quick with a kind word. He is known to give all a thoughtful quote or a
positive affirmation. Arashio is a deeply religious man and has a profound understanding of the
Bible. He regularly attends his house of worship and occasionally feeds the homeless. He has
been and continues to be an example to me as I struggle through the daily pressures of life. The
motto, “You’re not as good as your best day, and you’re not as bad as your worst day,” was
taught to me by Arashio 16 years ago. I have lived by this motto ever since and it has kept me on
a path to be an upright man and father ever since. Few who encounter him are not impressed
by his keen intellect. I am grateful for his friendship and am proud to be his friend.
