MOTION TO CONTINUE PLEA HEARING 
 
 
Comes now the United States of America, by J. Parker Bazzle, 
II, Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of 
West Virginia, and moves the Court to continue the plea hearing 
currently scheduled in this matter for May 7, 2025, at 11:30 a.m.  
In support of this motion, the undersigned states as follows: 
1. 
The plea hearing in this matter is currently set for May 
7, 2025, at 11:30 a.m., in Bluefield, West Virginia.   
2. 
The undersigned attorney for the government is scheduled 
to appear for a sentencing and supervised release revocation 
hearing in another matter on May 7, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., in 
Charleston, West Virginia before the Honorable Jospeh R. Goodwin. 
3. 
Undersigned has confirmed with defense counsel that 
there is no objection to this motion, and defense counsel has 
further indicated that he will be in trial the week of May 12, 
2025, in Beckley, West Virginia.
