APRIL ELICK
ORDER
Pending before the court is the motion of the United States
to continue the plea hearing in this matter. For good cause and
there being no objection by the defendant, the motion is
GRANTED. The plea hearing in this matter will be rescheduled to
June 2, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. in Bluefield.
The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this Order to all
counsel of record, to the United States Marshal for the Southern
District of West Virginia, and to the Probation Office of this
court.
