ORDER 
 
 
Pending before the court is the motion of the United States 
to continue the trial and all trial-related deadlines.  See ECF 
No. 27.  For good cause shown, the motion is GRANTED.  Trial in 
this matter is hereby continued to August 20, 2024, at 9:30 a.m. 
in Bluefield.  Proposed voir dire and jury instructions are due 
on or before August 13, 2024.1     
 
The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this Order to all 
counsel of record, to the United States Marshal for the Southern 
District of West Virginia, and to the Probation Office of this 
court. 
 
IT IS SO ORDERED this 7th day of August, 2024.
