ANDRE LORQUET, Defendant. ___________________________/ ORDER OF RESTITUTION The CAUSE came before the Court upon the Parties’ Joint Stipulation and Motion Regarding Restitution. (“Mot.”) (ECF No. 133). The Court has reviewed the Motion, and, for the reasons described therein, hereby ORDERS AND ADJUDGES Defendant Andre Lorquet to pay the stipulated restitution amount of $1,855,787.52, payable to the U.S. Small Business Administration.
