UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA CASE NO: 22-CR-200326-MOORE UNITED STATES, v. ANDRE LORQUET, Defendant. ___________________________/ JOINT STIPULATION AND MOTION REGARDING RESTITUTION The United States of America and the Defendant Andre Lorquet agree that the appropriate amount of restitution to be ordered in this case is $1,855,787.52, payable to the U.S. Small Business Administration. The United States and the Defendant jointly request that the Court order the Defendant to pay restitution as stipulated. The United States and the Defendant also jointly request that the Court amend the Judgment in this case to include the agreed-upon restitution.
