Amos Mundendi, 21 Cr. 247 (PAE) Dear Judge Engelmayer: The Government writes to respectfully request a new date for the sentencing of Amos Mundendi, currently scheduled for February 16, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. Due to a conflict on the part of Government counsel, the Government requests that the Court hold the sentencing hearing at 11 a.m. on February 14, 2023. The Government understands from its communications with the Court’s chambers that that time is available. Defense counsel has no objection to this request.
