THIS MATTER having come before the Court on application of Troy A. Archie, 
Esquire, attorney for Defendant, Adrienne Ponzo, for modification of conditions of release to 
allow the Defendant to remove her electronic monitoring device from her ankle for the sole 
purpose of getting an MRI on April 4, 2024 at 7:45 a.m., and then reporting to U.S. Pre Trial 
Services in Delaware for the device to be re-installed upon conclusion of her MRI no later than 
12 noon. By consent of the United States of America, Daniel Aaron Friedman, Assistant 
United States Attorney and Acheme Amali, United States Pretrial Services Officer and for 
good cause shown,  
IT IS ORDERED on this ______ day of  April, 2025, 
ORDERED that: 
1. Defendant’s conditions of released to remove her electronic monitoring device 
from her ankle for the sole purpose of getting an MRI on April 4, 2024 at 7:45 
a.m. and then reporting to U.S. Pre Trial Services in Delaware for the device to 
be installed upon conclusion of her MRI and no later than 12 noon.  
2. All the remaining conditions from his July 24, 2023 Order setting conditions of 
release to remain in effect.  
 
IT IS SO ORDERED.
