THIS MATTER having come before the Court on application of Troy A. Archie, 
Esquire, attorney for Defendant, Adrienne Ponzo, for modification of conditions of release to 
allow the Defendant to travel to Florida for a Disney World vacation with her family from 
Thursday April 10, 2025 to Tuesday April 16, 2025 by consent of the United States of 
America, Daniel Aaron Friedman, Assistant United States Attorney and Acheme Amali, 
United States Pretrial Services Officer appearing and for good cause shown,  
IT IS ORDERED on this ______ day of  March, 2025, 
ORDERED that: 
1. Defendant’s conditions of released is modified to allow travel to Florida for a 
Disney World vacation with her family from Thursday April 10, 2025 to 
Tuesday April 16, upon satisfactory information regarding location and 
accommodations being provided to U.S. Pre-Trial Services; and  
2. All the remaining conditions from his July 24, 2023 Order setting conditions of 
release to remain in effect.  
IT IS SO ORDERED.
