Dear Judge Pascal, 
 
As the court is aware, the undersigned was appointed to represent Ms. Ponzo in the above 
referenced matter.  Your Honor release Ms. Ponzo on conditions in 2023 which included 
electronic monitoring.  Ms. Ponzo has a recent leg injury which requires an MRI which is 
scheduled for Friday April 4, 2025.  She has been advised by her healthcare professionals that 
the ankle monitor must be removed prior to getting an MRI.  I have discussed this issue with the 
Government and U.S. Pre-Trial Services and they Consent to the within request as reflected in 
the attached Consent Order.  Based on the above Ms. Ponzo respectfully request Your Honor 
grant the within limited request.
