Defendants Aaron Boren and Scott Conway, by and through their undersigned counsel, Candice 
L. Fields and Daniel Pearlman, respectively, and Plaintiff United States of America, by and through its 
undersigned counsel, Abraham Fine, hereby stipulate and request that the Special Condition of 
Supervision restricting contact between all co-defendants be modified to permit contact between 
defendants Boren and Conway. 
This requested modification would modify Special Condition of Supervision No. 4 set forth in 
the Judgment of defendant Boren at ECF No. 97, p.5 of 8, and Special Condition of Supervision No. 3 
set forth in the Judgment of defendant Conway at ECF No. 101, p.5 of 8.  
 The government does not oppose this request.

Supervision prohibiting contact between co-defendants is modified to permit contact between 
defendants Boren and Conway. This ORDER modifies Special Condition of Supervision No. 4 set forth 
in the Judgment of defendant Boren at ECF No. 97, p.5 of 8, and Special Condition of Supervision No. 
3 set forth in the Judgment of defendant Conway at ECF No. 101, p.5 of 8.
