stipulate and request that the presently set sentencing hearing currently set for February 12, 2024, be 
continued to April 1, 2024. Mr. Boren’s counsel requests the continuance to allow additional time to 
prepare for the sentencing hearing in this matter.  The government does not oppose this request.
