This Order addresses Fountainhead’s request for the issuance of an Order to Show Cause, and makes no determination as to the merits of the expedited temporary injunctive relief sought by Fountainhead. Accordingly, upon consideration of the Petition, it is hereby ORDERED that: 1. The above-named Respondent, Womply, show cause before this Court on the 25" day of October 2021, at 8:30am a.m in Courtroom F of the Seminole County Courthouse, located at 301 N. Park Avenue, Suite 301, Sanford, FL 32771-1243, why a temporary injunction should not be issued requiring Womply to provide Fountainhead with the Loan Files for the Fast Lane Loans (as those terms are defined in the Petition) within three business days of the date of issuance of the injunction; MIADOCS 22950618 1 *#%* E-FILED: GRANT MALOY, CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT SEMINOLE COUNTY, FL 10/07/2021 12:27:26 PM.**** 2. Pending the hearing on Fountainhead’s application for expedited temporary injunctive relief, Womply is temporarily restrained, together with its agents, servants, employees, and attorneys, from altering or destroying any of the Loan Files; 3. This Order must be served by Fountainhead’s counsel on counsel for Womply within one business day of the date of this Order; 4. Any response or opposition by Womply to Fountainhead’s request for the expedited temporary injunctive relief sought in the Petition must be filed and served on the Fountainhead’s counsel, and filed with the Court; 5. Any reply by Fountainhead to any response or opposition by Womply must be filed and served on Womply’s counsel, and filed with the Court.
