RER Solutions, Inc. is a minority, woman owned business Our Leadership Errin Green Chairman & Chief Executive Officer Ms. Green is the Chairman and CEO of RER Solutions, Inc. In this capacity, she is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and for the supervision of all business operations. Ms. Green has over a decade of experience in government contracting, general management, program/project management, and management consulting. Prior to becoming CEO of RER Solutions, Ms. Green was an Associate Partner in Gallup’s Government Consulting Practice. Ms. Green led the business development efforts with several Federal Government agencies. Her specific duties included identifying and assessing opportunities, developing technical and business proposals, identifying teaming partners, negotiating teaming agreements, project scoping, timeline development, resource allocation and budgeting, contract administration, and client management. Her clients included the Federal Aviation Administration, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, U.S. Department of Labor, Passport Services Office, Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts. Engagements for these clients included survey research, organizational performance consulting, and strategic communications. Ms. Green previously held dual roles as the Director of Business Development and Strategic Initiatives with RER and Director of Operations with Global Recovery Group, LLC (GRG). She led the company’s government contracting business development efforts, overseeing related marketing activities, managing proposals, and providing support for corporate strategic initiatives. She also ran GRG’s day-to-day operations managing accounting/finance, human resources, information technology and general administration. Ms. Green began her professional career as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, providing management consulting services to multiple Fortune 500 companies on a variety of topics including strategic planning, organizational effectiveness, and branding. Ms. Green graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. She received her Master’s in Business Administration, with distinction, from Harvard Business School.
