Comes now Aaron C. Amore, Esquire, of Amore Law, PLLC, counsel for the Trustee in
the above-captioned proceeding, with his first and final application for compensation and
reimbursement of expenses pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §330 from August 21, 2020 through and
including January 20, 2023 related to his employment defending the Debtor entity and related
entities.
THIS MATTER having come before this Court upon the First and Final Application For
Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses for Attorney For Counsel for the Trustee filed
by Aaron C. Amore of Amore Law, PLLC. The Court having reviewed the file and record herein
and having noticed the Application to creditors and interested parties and no objections having
been filed to the same, and this Court further deeming said Application for fees and expenses to
be reasonable and necessary;
