Pursuant to Local Rule CV-11(c), Defendant Robert Frohwein respectfully moves the
Court for leave to withdraw Miranda Hooker, Kate MacLeman, Adam Slutsky, and Kara Czekai
of Goodwin Procter LLP as counsel of record for Mr. Frohwein and requests that they be removed
from the CM/ECF noticing list in this case. Mr. Frohwein will continue to be represented by
McKool Smith PC and Selendy Gay PLLC, with Faith Gay of Selendy Gay PLLC serving as lead
counsel. This motion is unopposed.
