ORDER GRANTING MOTION OF PERMA PURE D/B/A MAXTEC, LLC TO ALLOW
LATE FILED ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIM UNDER 11 U.S.C. §503(b)(1)(A)
AND FOR ALLOWANCE AND IMMEDIATE PAYMENT OF AN
ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSE CLAIM
UPON CONSIDERATION of Perma Pure LLC d/b/a Maxtec, LLC to Allow Late
Filed Administrative Expense Claim Under 11 U.S.C. §503(B)(1)(A) and For Allowance and
Immediate Payment of an Administrative Expense Claim (the “Motion”); the Court having
determined that granting the relief requested in the Motion is appropriate; it appearing that due and
adequate notice of the Motion had been given, and that no other further notice is necessary; and
after due deliberation and sufficient cause appearing therefore;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. The Motion is granted to the extent set forth herein;
2. Perma Pure LLC d/b/a Maxtec, LLC is allowed an administrative expense claim pursuant
to 11 U.S.C. § 503(b)(1) in the amount of $277, 973.95;
3. This Court retains jurisdiction with respect to all matters arising from or related to the
implementation of this Order; and

4. This order is fully effective and enforceable immediately upon entry.
