NOTICE OF FEE APPLICATION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, on January 15, 2025, the Final Fee Application of Omni
Agent Solutions, Inc. for Allowance of Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses Incurred as
Administrative Agent to the Debtors and Debtors in Possession for the Period from June 9, 2024
through November 14, 2024 (the “Application”) was filed with the United States Bankruptcy Court
for the District of Delaware (the “Court”). The Application seeks final approval of fees in the
amount of $37,679.20 for the period from June 9, 2024, through and including November 14, 2024.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that objections, if any, to the Application are
required to be filed with the Clerk of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of
